Basic Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Strong communication and typing skills
Comfort navigating multiple systems simultaneously
Dedicated home workspace with stable wired internet
Windows 11 PC (8 GB RAM minimum; 16 GB preferred)
USB headset and wired internet required prior to start
Compensation
Contract pay typically ranges $12–$17 per hour, depending on program

Position: Financial Consultant

Overview
We are seeking motivated, coachable individuals interested in building a long-term career in financial consulting. No prior experience is required. We provide full training and support to help you obtain your State Life Insurance License, Series 6/63 License, Mortgage Origination License and begin serving clients.
The company provides financial assistance toward licensing costs, and some states allow new consultants to begin earning under a temporary license for 4–6 months, depending on state regulations. These details will be discussed during the interview/information session.
What You’ll Do
Assist individuals and families with foundational financial planning
Educate clients on life insurance, retirement strategies, and income protection
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Follow compliance guidelines and maintain accurate documentation
Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Client Types For The Remote Customer Service Role

Upon successful completion of the assessment, tech scan, background check, and client requirements, you are allowed to choose a client based on your assessment scores. Due to legal agreements, we cannot disclose client names. Roles include customer support for Fortune 500 companies: cruise line booking, theme park support, home repair retail service, roadside assistance, medical transport, debit card services, senior care, appointment setting, and more—serving top-tier brands nationwide.
